Poente Technical, founded in 2016, has grown from a specialised recruitment agency into a full-service aviation group, combining talent development, technical training and aircraft maintenance.
Today the group operates through Poente Technical Maintenance, Poente Technical Academy, Poente Technical Recruitment and Poente Base Maintenance, supporting clients across multiple European countries.

An independent EASA Part-147 training organisation in Belgrade with basic B1.1 and B2 module training, practical training in Sofia and 24 EASA courses online at academy.ptag.aero.

Where the group started. Temporary and permanent technical personnel for airlines and MROs across Europe, with every candidate assessed by our Quality Department before assignment.
Poente Base Maintenance
Designated operator of the future Flight Eco Center at Olsztyn-Mazury Airport in Szymany, bringing base maintenance and aircraft teardown capability to the network.
